Would you like to write for our website? You’ll receive exposure to the Truth Survival audience, ultimately bringing traffic back to your website.
Our website gets approximately 60,000 pageviews per month.
Currently, we post articles related to survival, preparedness, and off-grid living. To guest post for our website, you’ll need to write on one of these topics. Still interested? Then scroll down to learn about our article guidelines.
Here are the guidelines you must follow when submitting your guest post:
- Originality: The article must be 100% original (never previously published online). We run all guest submissions through special software to check for plagiarism. If the article isn’t original, we can’t post it. Please make sure that your guest post is completely unique.
- Bio Link: The fun part- tell us about yourself! This is also where you’ll put the link back to your website (or social media page). We only link back to high-quality websites, so please, keep this in mind. In short, no spam! If you don’t know how to write a bio link, don’t worry- we’ll write one for you.
- Length: All articles should be at least 1,000 words long (the longer, the better). Why so long? Our goal is to provide the best survival articles online. Period. To do this, we need to deliver information-packed content that readers are going to love.
- Affiliate Links: Articles containing affiliate links will be rejected. This includes links from Amazon, ClickBank, or any other affiliate program. You may include links to specific pages on your website, but only if they are relevant and add value (2 maximum).
To help maintain the integrity of this website, please follow these guidelines as closely as you can. Once you’ve written the article, send it to David@TruthSurvival.com. Once we review the article, we’ll schedule it for posting. If the article doesn’t meet our quality standards, we may ask you to re-write it. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Thanks!
As we mentioned above, your guest post should be a minimum of 1,000 words. But we encourage you to do more than the minimum, and here’s why: longer articles outrank shorter ones in Google. In fact, the average word count for articles on the first page of Google is about 1,900 words. Take a look:
At the same time, we discourage you from filling the article with “fluff” (filler words). Make the article as long as it needs to be to get your point across, but no longer. Following this tip will help your article get ranked higher in Google, as well as provide more value to readers.

If you’ve read all of our guidelines, and are still interested in writing a guest post, send it over to David@TruthSurvival.com. If we don’t respond, it’s most likely because we didn’t approve your guest post submission. Thanks, and stay safe.
